Most (unhealthy, obese, etc.) Americans skip their breakfast, or if they do have breakfast, it's only a cup of coffee or a bowl of cereal or a sugary diabetes inducing Pop-Tart. And then they have a medium sized lunch, say a sandwich or something. And then the finale is the dinner, usually at restaurants or ordered, about 1,500-4,000 calories per person per dinner. 99% of these folks then proceed to sink their big bottoms on their recliners and watch The Biggest Losers or Dancing with the Stars, wishing they can be like those people on TV.
If you follow these habits, remember we still have that wooden paddle hidden somewhere in the house and we know where you live.
Do the opposite. Eat like Asians do. Ask dad.
