#39 When You Are Upset

Little darlings, when you are upset, blood boiling, and you are ready to explode, keep your mouth shut, leave the area, and don't do anything stupid that you may regret later.  Ten times out of ten, you don't really mean the words that were said during a heated argument.  Put on your running shoes and go run outside, listen to Pachelbel's Canon in D, or just take a dump.  When you are relieved, return, take a deep breath and continue the conversation with smile.  In any case, it will benefit you more when you say, "I forgive you" even when the other party hasn't said "I'm sorry" or done anything that deserve your forgiveness.

When you are collected, you are the winner, more than the one(s) who lost the temper.
