Alcohol will knock you out as if you are in a coma, causes difficulty when walking, blurred vision, slurred speech, slows your reaction time, impairs your memory, causes brain cells destruction which shrinks the brain (1986 Jacobson et al., 1992 Mann et al.) and destroys relationships. Drugs, be it legal or illegal, will cause even more destruction of your mind and your body. Please don't do any of these or other destructive habits just because you want to blend in, be with the popular crowd, or just to experience it. It's not worth it. True friends do not bring others into destruction. Please listen to mom and dad on this and please talk to us anytime about this.
