#66 Do Random Tabata Squats
...especially if you have been inactive for several hours at a time (i.e. driving long distance, sitting 6-8 hours at work, being a couch potato). Keep a good form, maintain speed, do a slow ten for warmups, pause, then do a full fifty. Your glutes, hams, vastus medialis (tear drop), and paraspinalis will scream "Good morning!" and all is well again. Your heart and brain will thank you as well.
